Pretty decent place but the only good thing I experienced was the transportation to the private beach.

The staff at this property made our stay wonderful. The resort is currently under construction, and we had ants consistently in our room. The best part of this stay was being across the street from Minns watersport where we could rent a boat each day and go visit stocking island and the sandbars.

The room was beautiful with an amazing view of the blue waters Exuma has to offer. The best part was, the staff was unbelievably helpful and very nice. We got in a little early and the room was ready for us which made our first day so much better. This place is great and highly recommend.

Team is so amazing, super helpful and friendly, they bend over backward to assist. Beautiful ocean front property with a great bar that has a surprisingly great wine list. Comfortable, clean and modern rooms with good AC.

The food in their restaurant was less to be desired. Their private island was closed and as a guest of the hotel, we are charged a fee upon checkin which is an additional fee to the reservations for items related to visiting the private island i.e., beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boat taxi service to and from the island. We were charged the full price even though the hotel had closed the island.
